Hi,

I am trying to do base excitation with 1g acceleration. But base is fixed to table, I can't assign SPCD acceleration to same nodes. So how can I set up boundary condition for base excitation.

Please suggest me solve this problem.

Thanks and regards

Could you share snapshot of your model with loads & boundary condition?

    hi,

1G base excitation is applied with SPCD constraints in Z-direction and SPC applied on same node in all DOF as shown in below picture.

The contour result plot showed that the case is moving in Z-direction infinity.

See fem file of SPCD usage.

    Thank you very much,

but in base excitation we have to applied both SPC1, SPC2 and SPCD to same base

how can i apply SPC1 and SPC2 on same node.

is there any other way to setup boundary condition?

Please find attached document, here SPC1 and SPC2 are applied in different locations.
