I created a very simple circuit model (attached) using Modelica in Activate as follows:
It issued the following error:
What does this error message mean?
If I use Spice in Activate, it works with no problem.

The issue you have found will be fixed with Activate 2022.2 (coming soon!).
In the meantime just a small modification of the model helps to run it (similar to the Spice model):
