I've been developing scripts since 2016 by using language of Tcl/Tk. Is it possible to share these scripts to Altair's Developers or not?

You can share them with your local Altair representative, and they can forward them to the development, for sure.
In the future, we will be adding a Script and Model Exchange to the Altair Community for you to share scripts and models with other Community members.
However, until then, if there is a script you are interested in sharing with your Community members, I would encourage you to explain the use case and attach the script to a Blog post in the forum! To learn more about creating a blog post, check out Guidelines for Writing a Blog.
