Problem showing shaded elements and mesh lines

Hello Everyone

I have a problem with Hypermesh, when I create a mesh all looks black color when I use "Shaded elements and mesh lines".

 

This problem is with all the files, not a specific one.

I think that it is not a graphics card problem because I have been working with this computer for 3 months and I never had this problem before, I have an nvidia Quadro RTX 6000

Does someone know how to solve this problem?

Hello,

This was solved over support, but posting response here for others.

Deleting the temporary settings files fixed the issue.
