Don't see any apps in my apps or can't find my app

Maybe I am trying too soon. I just got the email to create an account today and am trying to download Monarch. It will not download and when I check Managed Licenses I don't see any apps.

    Hi Matthieu,

     

    I was able to download the software now, thanks. I am in IT and will need to install the software, which I can do, although how do I setup the user that will be using it? Yesterday when I was following the setup instructions it instructed me to how to add users although it doesn’t look like that works anymore. How do I add users?

    Rolf,

    Only admins can add users to an account. If you need those privileges, please talk to your Account Manager or create a support case so that we can look into it.
