Need help with S-Concrete ICD not working on S-Frame

I am using Education Version of S-frame for my academic purpose, but I came across to this problem that whenever I want to add the concrete sectional properties in S-frame via S-Concrete ICD, only the information tab of S-Concrete pop up rather the properties of Concrete itself. It does not happen to the S-Steel ICD.

    We appreciate the elaboration. In this case, it is worth clarifying that the Integrated Concrete Design (ICD) is not supported in the academic versions of S-FRAME. This feature has been left off due to the professors' requests around the world using S-FRAME. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

    For future inquiries related to the academic version of S-FRAME, or any of Altair's solutions, we recommend posting your questions in the dedicated Altair Academic Forum. You can always create a post on the community forum, which is dedicated to Student Licensing, and has many colleagues focus exclusively on the Altair Student Edition licenses.

    Hi,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I need some help about how to conduct concrete design using the S-CONCRETE ICD module included in my S-FRAME professional subscription.

    It seemed that S-Concrete ICD does not work in the same way that S-Concrete does.

    I would like to find some instructions or a tutorial about how to get the concrete design done for reinforced concrete slabs, walls, beams, and columns.

    Could you please let me know who could I contact regarding this issue?
