while organizing elements ,why associated fe surfaces not get organize in new component ? this is very confusing while organizing,

For organizing surfaces to different component, you need to select "surface" as entity selection.
In your case you are moving the elements.

when you select by surface , it select whole surface , i want to only organize surfaces associated only with three elements as shown.
In that case you need to split the surface at those end points of selected 3 elements. Then you can organize.
