How to generate Tetra mesh for parts with many ribs/small fillet

Hi all,

I know that Simlab is very good at generating good tetra mesh for complex parts.

I want to create tetra mesh for the parts with many ribs/small fillets. I want to remove tiny fillet area automatically.

Any one has experience for this?

Hi Alpha

We can create mesh controls for fillets, cylinders,etc. There is also a 'Merge tiny fillets' option.

Hi Prakash. Thank you very much for your recommendation. I already got the solutions for my concerns. I can generate Tetra mesh very quickly for my models. I hope that Simlab GUI new version should be more tidy and easy to use. It is too hard for new learners.
