How to create congruent mesh at cylinder in assembly?

Hi everyone,

I watch some video on the Internet and found that Simlab has some good features to create contact analysis faster. I use Assembly >> Join(Align option) to create congruent mesh b/w two parts(Cylinder or Planar). However, after I Local-Remesh, the share mesh are not aligned well with cylinder.

Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Thank you very much for your recommendation but I am a student so it is not easy to ask for the help from Altair Support team.

Actually, I already found the solutions for my problems. It is quite simple. After local-remesh, I can use Assembly --> Align mesh to fix the distortion mesh.
