How can we get the values of deformation of component?

In deformation plot, maximum value represents the displacement and deformation value.

In simulation, component is displaced more than local deformation.

I want to view/read values for locally deformation shape of the structure from the original shape excluding displacement.

Is there any way get the values of deformation only not displacement.
