How can I generate a lattice structure on a surface ?

Dear Altair Community. I need to generate a lattice structure with a cubic distribution on a semi-sphere surface in Altair Sulis. The structure needs to look like the one in the picture (I created this lattice in a CAD software). Is there a tool in Sulis to obtain the lattice I need?
The challenge is that ideally, I should start from a surface of the semi-sphere. Then, define the strut distribution (the grid on the surface) and finally assign the thickness of the struts. In Sulis I have been able to create lattices in solids but not using surfaces. Thanks
