Skew quality in Volume mesh

Hi,

 

I am using SL 2019.2 and when create Volume Mesh, the mesh criteria control is always 'SKEW'.

I often use STRETCH to get better FE shape but the setting cannot remember, then everytime I have to set again and again.

May I know any reason SL 2019.2 recommend using SKEW?

Hi, 

 

Go to File > Preferences > Application and turn on 'Enable CFD modelling' toggle. This will automatically set the skew as a default quality in volume mesh dialog. 

 

Please try this and let me know if you have any difficulty.
