How to split trias/quad elements (all sides)?

May I know how to split all sides of plate elements as below pictures?

In HyperMesh:

The equivalent plate elements option in SimLab is available in FEM > Elements > Modify to Quad to 4Quad 4.

 

 

You can explore the Additional Options as well.
