使用PCはWindowsで、実装RAMは256 GBです。また、ライセンスは大学で取得したものを使用しています。(学生版ではありません。)
実行時オプションとして

(XXXXはMB単位)
を付加してください。256GBであれば、オペレーティングシステムなどが使用する分を差し引いても240GBくらいは確保できるものと思います。
