Transfer my SketchUp to new device

Hi,
I have purchased thea render for sketchup in 2018 in Taiwan, but the device on which I used the software has broken. 
Could you please provide guidance on how to transfer the license to a new device?

    Hello,

    Consequent to our transition to lease licenses in October 2019, and our announcements via Thea Render’s website, newsletter, social media updates and mails to eligible users, we have stopped support for the license transfer requests of Node-Locked/Paid-Up licenses after October 31, 2021.

    For users of the paid-up version of older Thea 2.x versions, we had announced an upgrade offer for Thea v2.x Node-Locked Paid-Up license users between August 5 - October 31, 2021.

    Those who were eligible for the discount had received an email with instructions on how to take advantage of the offer.
