How to change my IP address for the license of EDEM student edition

Hi,

I just changed a new network to work. Thus, my IP address has been changed and I found I cannot use the EDEM student edition now. So how to apply my new IP address to the student version?

Hi Chenhao,

If the license is based on IP address then you have to Contact Altair account manager and try to get the new license file based on new IP address.

Also, if you want to use license based on network,  please pass this information to Altair Account manager so that he may suggest best possible option without license interruption.
