The picture does not give much information on the cause.
It seems the error is reported during the Starter run.
Please check the <filename>_0000.out file for information, either warning or error messages , that could help you debug the model
Also, if you have parts, properties , materials and groups that are empty or not used, you can remove them and check if that mitigates the problem.
