Altair One - Market place, most of the Software are not available for download. Is it a specific issue with my account?

Hello,

I would like to download SimLab2021_Additionals_Windows.zip but am not able to find the file for download on Marketplace. What am I doing wrong? 

Is there an issue in my user profile? Is Marketplace not the correct way to proceed for download?

See attached screenshot (some files are available for download).
