Altair University, couldn't login and reset password

Hello,

I couldn't login and haven't got an email from Altair University to reset my password, I have already registered under student edition. How to resolve this issue?

    We created an account for you but note that This site does not allow new registrations, Existing Users are requested to Complete pending exams By November 30th 2023
