Learn Thermal Analysis, Tutorial 3.2

Hello,

I'm very new to Hypermesh (and FEA in general) and am struggling with the first tutorial in the 'Learn Thermal Analysis with OptiStruct': https://certification.altairuniversity.com/course/view.php?id=176

I've completed the tutorial up to step 6 where it says to run the analysis, but the tutorial does not give any hints as to how this is done... It only says 'Run the analysis'.

My best guess was to go to the 'Analysis' page, then click 'OptiStruct' where I changed my export options to 'all' and run options to 'analysis' and left memory options to 'memory default'. For the 'input file', I simply linked my working directory and tried both the file extensions '.fem' and '.h3d' and nothing ran, although both produced input files. I even tried exporting a .fem file from the model, thinking that maybe that was the input file that needed to be input into the OptiStruct page, but when I tried to link it, it just saved over the file I exported.

If someone could point out what I'm doing wrong or explain to me the basic process to run analysis with OptiStruct, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!
