Hello

i have a model of plunger with 2 magnets at each side of it , a coil with current  surrounding a cylinder and the plunger inside the cylinder.

when i do the simulation its all works and show me the flux density but when i do the Force on the plunger i get error.

i have to say the simulation worked before i change the size of the model but now nothing.

thanks

    Hi,

It is a warning; the project is correct and solved correctly. The warning just if you want to compute the force on the s_mobile (all the faces of the region are not in contact with air) may be you will get wrong results because some faces of this region are not in contact with  air.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

There are two ways to do it:

    1. You need create a small region type air between the region with green color and black color. This mean that the green region will be sounded by air.

    2. Change the type of mode. Use advanced instead of standard mode. In this case you don’t need to do any modification on your geometry. To activate the advanced mode:

      1. Flux supervisor >> options >> user mode, select advanced mode.

    Best regards.
