source code editor for tcl/tk hyoerwork customization.

I am new to Hyperworks customization. can you please suggest me, which source code editor is best suitable for writing and developing the scripting.

 

is there any hyper work in built IDE which I could use for scripting.

    Personally I use 'Notepad++' and sometime 'Sublime_text' on my Laptop Windows.

    Under Linux, I use most of time 'vim' and sometime 'geany, gedit'.

    I don't like IDE :)/emoticons/default_smile.png' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' title=':)' width='20' />

    since I am newbie on HW customization. can you please share any help reference to understand step by step setup for notepad++ or any of above mentioned by you.

     

    I would really appreciated support.

    Within your Hyperworks installation, have a look at (my 2020 release on Windows laptop):
