source code editor for tcl/tk hyoerwork customization.
I am new to Hyperworks customization. can you please suggest me, which source code editor is best suitable for writing and developing the scripting.
is there any hyper work in built IDE which I could use for scripting.

Within your Hyperworks installation, have a look at (my 2020 release on Windows laptop):

Personally I use 'Notepad++' and sometime 'Sublime_text' on my Laptop Windows.
Under Linux, I use most of time 'vim' and sometime 'geany, gedit'.
I don't like IDE
