How to solve ERROR degenerated 4 node shells in RADIOSS User Profile?

Hello,

I am using Hyperworks with Radioss user profile and getting an error while using model checker, I have tried to solve it but no success.

Can anyone please help me to solve this?

    I am sorry that option did not helped at the first.

    When you export the deck, do you see /SHELL or /SH3N as the elements for shells?

    Even with that message on the preprocessor.

    Does the Starter run complete, or it fails?

    If Fails, with what kind of messages.
