Problem with check physics and rotation axes
I've a model made from importing a DXF file and after a fair bit of work I've nearly got it ready to solve, apart from the error below.
External arc axes and the rotation axis
of the mechanical set ROTOR are different.
The mechanical set rotation is impossible
Concerned line(s) : 85
Line 85 is a curved line attached to 2 points that are on a cylindrical axes that are defined as 138.5 and +- 7.5 degrees. The rotor mechanical set is defined on the same axes. The region holding that face/volume is set as air. As far as I can see there is nothing wrong with that line or axes and everything should line up. Anything else I can check?

Hi,
It is 2D/3D project?
Can you check the axis rotation in the mechanical set?
Can you share your project.
Best regards.

Axis of mechanical set is around axis parallel to Oz which is correct. It's my colleagues model, built from a dxf and extruded.
Unfortunately, I can't share the model.

Can you tru to delete the arc and rebuilt it again and see if you still get the same behavior.
Also , can you chech the physics (assignation of the mechancial sets).
Best regards.

I've rebuilt the arc already. I've even deleted and recreated the points at either end to place them in the polar coordinate system at +- 7.5degrees.

Hi,
We need the Flux proejct to check why you get this error message.
Can you create a ticket on Altair serviceNow (to sent the Flux project).
Best regards.
