Error in bolt pretension analysis (nonlinear quasi static analysis)

Hi,

I'm running a bolt pretension analysis using 3d solid bolts(non-linear quasi static analysis)

But I'm getting the below errors, 

Error # 4965

Maximum number of time increment cutbacks reached,

Error # 5905

Sever element distortion detected.

I believe the topic is not right

 

Anyway, this might be caused by a couple different factors, such as contact stiffness too hard, master and slave contact choice, etc..

Please share the .out file and more details of your model.
