Invalid License

Hi,

I have followed the instructions in the video, but when I try to activate it, it is not activated (invalid license).
I installed the software on the PC that has the Etherent ID in the license file.
The license file was sent to me on 10 October, and I tried to activate it today, 7 November .

I tried to activate it by using the License Setup Dialog in the tool and by placing in security folder.
