'Embeded' tab missing from Embed

I'm using Embed 2020.3 version- Student license. Installed according to the instructions, and got the software activated with the license file. But there was an error message poping up every time I open. (didn't take note of the message). So I uninstalled Embed and re-installed again.  This time when I open Embed I couldn't see the 'Embeded' tab anymore. I need to work with micro controllers. Any help is very much appreciated.

Can you please find the following file on your PC and it to your post? C:\Altair\Embed2020\security\licensing.log
