how to set the spring type 13 to not break in radioss

i am test sportweld by spring type 13, so result is still break,

please show me how to right set the parameter to not break

i also refer some wheres to explain it,

i dont know how to make spring type 13 of standard, that is why it had rupturei

i think shear force very small, so it lead to rupture,

i dont know how to avoid it
