Freesize composite buckling optimization not converging

Hi,

I am running a free size composite buckling optimization with min mass as objective and buckling factor >2 as constraint but the analysis is not converging.

in this document it is mentioning base thickness value. what does it mean?

I want to impose a buckling factor constraint >2 but then i also realize that buckling factor can also be negative. So how can i define the constraint so that the first buckling mode should be optimized with a factor > +- 2?
