Resetting the Quizzes

Dear Altair Community, I was attempting Linear Static and Frequency Analysis with OptiStruct Fundamental Examination. I have failed three attempts by just one mark. I wish to continue this examination as I want to complete the certification. could my access to the other quizzes be enabled? Thanks in advance,

These attempts are reset, please always tell us the exact name of the quiz you are stuck at for the reset.
