How to get into our server after new license has been applied.

We are getting the following message when trying to sign into our Automator application. A new license was applied yesterday, under current license usage, AU Data Analyst, I see expiration dates of 12-30-25 but it references 96274.
Our jobs have stopped running since yesterday at 6 pm CST.
The system cannot complete your request. You have insufficient permissions or the page does not exist.
