Can we have one example of using FBD forces from assembly to be used for topology optimization on component level?

Hi, I am exploring the options to reduce model size of topology optimization problem i.e. assembly level to component level. 

I have came across interesting toll i.e. FBD in Hypermesh where we can get grid point forces at specific nodes to be extracted and load collectors created automatically.

Can I have example of topology optimization where these forces are used and optimized the geometry?
