HyperView could not read AcuSolve Database

Can someone help me to tackle this issue. It could not read my AcuSolve data. Please advised.

    We suggest you try with the latest release - 2021.2 - to see if it works any better.  There may have been some issues with previous releases.

    I have tried the 2021.2 version but still get the same problem.

    Please ensure that you keep the folder "ACUSIM.DIR" in the same location as the log file.

    The log file only contains the general information of the simulation, the results are actually kept in the Acusim.dir folder.
