Stress analysis of the optimized part

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've optimized a component using the optistruct. Now I want to visualize the stresses in the optimized component. I used OSSmooth option to visualize the optimised geometry. Can you tell me the detailed procedure for stress analysis?

Using OSSmooth I was able to give reanalysis option in Hypermesgh 2017. while running it I'm getting an error saying that the properties are missing for TRAI elements. 

The error warning is ' *** ERROR 14: Missing property #    4 referenced by  CTRIA3 # 338598.'

I used 3D tetra elements to mesh my initial geometry and nowhere I use 2D elements.
