I would like to purchase a desktop PC to perform bird strike analysis in Radioss using atleast 32 cores. I cannot afford server class PC. Kindly provide suggestions.

First of all I would recommend you to see the specific hardware requirements proposed in the following link:

After that you have to be sure about what is the required computational power you need.
There are many available options in the market that cover that need for 32 cores, but most of the times are quite expensive (of course this depends on your budget too).
