I've used to download e-books like "Practical Aspects of Finite Element Simulation" from the library, but now I couldn't' find any e-books available when go to the library:

Thanks for posting the link, i found some resources i needed. Have you tried searching via google? i searched "Altair Practical Aspects of Finite Element Simulation:pdf" and found the e-book directly from Altair's Website.

These eLearning courses are up to date and in many ways better and more comprehensive than the now retired eBooks.
