Can't download Altair SLC or Workbench

Hello,

 

I have a community license for Altair SLC and Workbench, but when I try to download the SLC file my computer says the file is damaged. I've tried deleting it and re-downloading but it did not work. The Workbench also will not open (it says there was an error). I also can't seem to open a case because I don't know what account it is asking for. I was using WPS fine before this and it is very frustrating.  

I am using a Mac with Sonoma

Hi Lauren,

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having.  Please open a Support ticket with Altair, showing a screenshot of the site where you are trying to download the file from, and we will be able to send you the installer by a secure file transfer.
