License for single user Thea Render
I have paid for a single license from the Thea Render website and cannot find how to activate the software in the License Setup menu. I am using Thea for Sketchup 2.2 with a HostID of A44CC87B2537. The dashboard does not show license information - can you advise?

Thea for Sketchup 2.x paid-up licences are not Managed licences and do not show up on the Altair One.
Please note that Thea for Sketchup 2.x end of support was Oct 31st, 2019.If you got a Thea for Skecthup 3 license please create a case and we will help you get access to your license.

Thank you for your response - Thea for Sketchup V3 is not compatible with be computer/software setup and I have been using V2. If there is no way around this I will need to cancel the order - how can a create a 'case' in order to process this.

Hello,
Sorry if I was not clear. If you just bought a Thea for Sketchup 3 license it can still be used with a Thea for Sketchup 2 version. To create a case please click on Case menu in the top right of our portal and then Create Product Case:

Thank you for clarifying - I will create a 'case' - one immediate foolish question - what is the Account box asking me to input, I've tried the MDH ID, the 5 digit code beside the software title, my user name, my email - the Dashboard makes no reference to Account name so I'm lost, again. Apologies, obviously this is a process not intended to be used be non tech individuals.

It should auto-populate with your company name. If it does not work. I'll go ahead and create the case for you. Sorry for the trouble.

Matthieu - sorry, no auto-population possible, and its a required field. I am not a business but instead an individual so that may have confused the situation.
Can you initiate the Case? What would you need from me?
