I don't want to be rude, but let me give you an advice:
Put yourself in the place of some other user here, opening a topic, that has only a Title and a single picture, with no description on what i'm trying to do, or what i have tried before. How can you help?
I follow this community very often, and this is a repeated behavior in your posts.
I'd suggest you to include a better description on what are you trying to do, as others can really help you. But with o description, you will probably end up with no good answers.

are you sure your units are correct in your geometry? looks like the thickness in your first image is too big for the part itself. I would check the dimensions/units first.
Also you need to check for the material orientation (2D>>composites>>material>>review) in order to guarantee your fiber orientations.
Altair University has a nice e-book about composites analysis. You could take a look there to help guide you.
