Simlab equivalent command for hyperworks cylindrical meshing

What is Simlab equivalent for creating equal quads on a cylindrical surface by interactively selecting the number of nodes on each edge as done in Hyperworks/Hypermesh? See picture.

    Specifically for circular faces I would STRONGLY recommend CHANGE LAYERS:

    It is a kind of "Grid Mesh" but for cylinder/holes/Hollow discs.

    SimLab strong point is tria/tetra mesh.

     

    For your use case, maybe using GridMesh is what you need. (Mesh>>Modify>>Grid Mesh)

    Grid Mesh allows you to pick a face, and define how many elements will be used in the local X and Y direction, creating a regular mesh.
