Cannot open Hyperwork 2022? How to fix it

Normally, when i opened hyperwork, nothing goes wrong. But today, when i opened it, it didn't work.
I had tried to restart my laptop several times to see if i can fix the problem, however; it still doesn't work. Then, i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and obviously, it still didn't work. Now when i open it, it doesn't show up
Any help?

Hello,

First can you verify if you are trying to open the New Gui/interface or the Legacy interface.

If you are not able to open the new gui, are you able to open legacy (or hyperview or hypergraph).

Assuming the above are true, can you check if you have webex running. If you force shut that down, can you open Hyperworks?

If all above is true, what is going on is there was a recent update to webex that interferes with Hyperworks opening (legacy does not face this issue since it only has one process running. The new interface pre-2023 has dual process running).

We are currently working on a fix for this for pre-2023 versions. But the ultimate solution is to upgrade to 2023 where there is only one process and this issue does not exist.

Please let me know about the above.

So, it's the New interface Hyperwork. About the Legacy interface (the old version), i've also opened it for backup, but it showed up just for a few seconds then imediately turned off. Therefore, none of these version are working right now.

Moreover, i'm not sure i understand what webex is about and not sure that i have it on my laptop. Can you explain to me?

And if you have the 2023 version, where can i get it?
