Does Characteristic Mode Configuration from FEKO has a way to normalized the Far Field results to a power specified by the user?

I am simulating a PEC platform over a PEC ground on FEKO using the CharacteristicModeConfiguration. I am requesting far field and characteristic modes (40 of them) for the platform. However, when I obtained the modes and the far fields patterns of the platform I am not sure about the power used for reference. For example, if I run a simulation using a standard configuration (simulating a regular dipole), I am capable of establishing a power scaling on the port, so the E-fields are scaled to sqrt(power scale)*E-fields. However, on Characteristic Mode Configuration, I have not see any way to normalized the results or all the far field radiation patterns are normalized to 1 W? Is there a way to export data with respect of particular power value? Also, when the far fields are presented in dB V, should it be dB V/m?

Thank you,

Rubén

The modal power is calculated directly from the modal weighting coefficient as P = 0.5*|MWC^2|. The Power setting in CADFEKO is ignored for the CMA configuration. A power scaling will only affect the original result, (i.e. the solution due to the original excitation).

Farfields are calculated at infinity and as such the 1/r dependency is removed. In the *.out file you will see there:

    Factor e^(-j*Re{BETA}*R)/R not considered
