License file received but can't download hyperworks bundled .exe files

    It still says redirecting to some link in the new tab & nothing seems to be downloading when i click on the hyperworks bundle.

    Please copy the link and paste it in browser, please change your default browser (to IE or edge if possible) and try as well.

    Download Links Troubleshooting

    There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download, in such cases

    • You should copy and paste the links in a different browser and click go
    • You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there
