Segmentation error - Hyperworks(Student Edition)

I am unable to open any CAD models nor import it. It shows a segmentation error as shown in the image below. And then it proceeds to crash.

I am currently using the student version of Hypermesh 2023. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it doesn't seem to help. My student license is also active. Please provide suggestions.

    Hi Cathrin,

    I hope you have taken the correct installation files.

    My initial thought was to reinstall the .exe files for 2023. As you have already done maybe you can clean up the TEMP and My Document folder once.

    I have the same fault/ error and it crashes.

    I downloaded the application today and has never worked.

    Could changing to an older version (i.e.2022.3) help? And if yes, how can I change version?

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Dimitrios,

    If you have 2022.3 already installed you can import the CAD and check, Else you need to download the installation files and install 2022.3version.
