Error while trying to follow tutorial

Hello, I've tried to follow the Radioss' Bird Strike tutorial, but whenever I try to run the solver, I get this error:

ERROR ID :   257
** ERROR TH GROUP
 .. GEOMETRY PLOT FILE
 .. ERROR ==> NO RESTART FILE
     ERROR TERMINATION
     ------------------

 

And in the .out file, there is:

Any help with this? thanks

    are you sure your Component 19 has 'Part' Card Image? Can you check?
