Transient Non Linear Analysis (Contact)
Hello everyone !
I'm working on 2 dofs models (see below, the picture in right) and I need your help to run Non linear Transient Analysis.
The idea is to compare Newmark scheme implemented in Octave with OptiStruct solver.
I run first Non Linear Transient Simulation in OptiStruct and I found weird results ! For sure I did something wrong in the model.
BCsREM refers to the boundary conditions;
TSetp : TSEP card (DT and N);
DLOAD : Dirac load to disturb the system in order the find x(t) and y(t) oscillations ;
For the contact discretization, I used N2S (The mass CNOM2 to the rigid plate). And I control the contact stiffness via CONTPRM ...
Do you have an example like this ?
