mesh refinement at fillet

Hi

I am doing a simple stress analysis because temperature rise. I have given TREF in MAT1 and TEMP applied by TEMP_LOAD.

I am getting high stresses in a fillet area ,which is the expected location.

But the value keep on increasing with more refinement in area ...(4 , 8 , 12 elements on fillet,fillet radius is 0.5 mm)

So please help me in which values i have to take ...(number of elements on fillet)

sorry sir , I cant share the model because of security issues.

If the radius is increased i m getting a converged solution , for 0.5 mm the stress going up wit number of elements on fillet.

any idea on this ?

What my point is ..does this phenomenon depends on the fillet radius ....because for larger radiys (2 mm 0r 3mm )the stress converging to a value.but for small radius fillets(0.5 mm) its not happening ..where actually i cant go for more than 1 mm fillet radius in my physical model.
