licwait solver option

I am using lic wait option to put a job in queue.

but once the job is in queue it remains in queue it never starting solving even the previous solutioin is finished and license is available.

Please let me know what is wrong.

Apart from this is there any other option , to put a job in queue and also i weant to solve the jobs in a particular order ,how can i do that ?

yes sir ,but

say a solution is using complete HWU throughout the solution time , the the solution in the queue should start 2 minutes after the completion of the first solution.

But in my case after the completion of first solution , the second solution is not at all starting ,its waiting for a license even when the license is free.
