boundary conditions for shaft

Hello 

 

I am simulating rotor part of a rotary converter.

Where the rotor is subjected to stresses due to rotation and stresses due to opposing torque developed by magnetic field.

For rotation i used rforce , for opposing torque i applied moment at the center which is connected to the outer most nodes.

can any one please help me in giving correct boundary conditions at the center cylindrical face .

i tried different combinations of ( r ,theta ,Z ) components .

Please help me in finding proper boundary conditions .

    Can you share the .fem file to take a quick look?

     

    Note: RFORCE may not give you that visualization of rotation as the idea with RFORCE is to consider the angular velocity/acceleration and convert it to a static loading force to be applied on the structure.
